PRACTICE AREAS
Rahmad has extensive commercial and corporate litigation. Rahmad's scope of practice involves the commercial law areas of banking, corporate insolvency and restructuring, receivership and bankruptcy and shareholder's rights. he also handles intellectual property litigation, as well as disputes relating to land and administrative law.

QUALIFICATIONS
Rahmad completed his tertiary education in London and graduated with LL.B (Hons) (London) - 1993. Barrister-at-Law (Lincoln's Inn).he was admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 1993.
