PRACTICE AREAS
Nicole Tan currently assists the Managing Partner in setting up and administering a database to enable “KM” and “RM” in the firm, and handles amongst others, training, recruitment and publicity. She was previously a Partner in the Litigation department, practising in the areas of banking and commercial litigation, with emphasis on debt recovery, receiverships & insolvency/ liquidation.

QUALIFICATIONS
Nicole Tan completed her tertiary education in Australia and graduated with double degrees, a Bachelor of Economics and a Bachelor of Laws, from Monash University, Melbourne, Australia. She was admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 1993.
